The determination of the phytosanitary condition of the soil was carried out using flotation, soil dilution, and plant bait methods [30] (Figure 21, 22); soil suppressiveness was determined by a new high-precision method - patent RU 2568913 dated November 20, 2015 [31].

The number of microorganisms was determined by the method of seeding maximum dilutions of soil suspensions on the corresponding nutrient medium: the total number of microorganisms was determined by seeding on meat-peptone agar (MPA), the number of bacteria - by seeding on MPA + yeast agar (1:1), the number of micromycetes - on yeast agar, and the number of actinomycetes - by seeding on starch-ammonium agar [32]. Soil moisture was determined by a commonly accepted method [33], and phytotoxicity indicators were identified using the Mochalov-Sherstoboyev method. The degree of plant root rot was assessed using a 4-point Gateman scale [34].
