The modern world’s rapid changes affecting all spheres of public life, including public administration. Kazakhstan, as a dynamically developing state, faces the challenges of globalization, digitalization, sustainable development and ensuring competitiveness. In these conditions, an effective state policy aimed at achieving the country's strategic goals, improving the well-being of citizens, strengthening national security and identity plays a key role.

In the modern conditions of globalization and geopolitical crises, it is important to train specialists who are able to implement the principles of sustainable development in public administration, business and science, contributing to the harmonious development of society and the conservation of natural resources. Therefore, the training of specialists in the field of political science, sociology, international relations, and regional studies in higher educational institutions of our republic should focus on innovative approaches to studying the course of public policy.

The concept of «state policy» in the context of digitalization, integration of artificial intelligence into public policy, requires new approaches to training specialists.
